How do you ship and how long does it take?

We ship by USPS 2nd Day Priority mail and email you tracking information. From our shipping location in MIchigan, 2nd Day Priority mail generally arrives in 2 days when shipped to east coast and mid-west.  It sometimes can take 3-4 business days for deliveries to the far south and southwest, west coast, Alaska, and Hawaii.

What are my payment choices?

We currently take Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We generally ship within 2 business days of receiving your order. 

Do you ship to my country?

Currently we only ship within the United States. However, there are ways you can still obtain our products directly from us if you live outside the US:

  • have us ship your products to someone you know in the US who can the mail the package(s) to you
  • hire a mail forwarding service which will provide you with a mailing address in the US. The service will then mail the package(s) to you. We do not know or authorize any specific services and suggest you do a search on Google for "mail forwarding services USA".

If you are shipping to an address inside the US but are using a credit card from outside the US, please email us at or telephone us to request temporary permission to place the order from your country's billing address.

An item is missing from my shipment

If an item is missing from your shipment, please email and we will make arrangements to ship your product.  

The order never arrived

If your order did not arrive, check the tracking information emailed to you via the website.  If there is no record of it having been shipped or it appears to be lost, please email and we will look into it and reship your order if it was lost.

I received the wrong product

Please email to notify usimmediately and we will send out the correct product with a prepaid return label for the incorrect product. 

What is the return policy?

Products will be refunded if they are be returned within 30 days of receipt in unopened and undamaged condition.  Please email to notify us of the return.  It can be mailed to:

How long will it take to get my money back on a return?

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your mailing back the return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
