Reducing Risk of Breast Cancer and Alzheimer's

Cancer may be spreading FROM the lymph nodes in your armpits TO your breasts through use of deoderants/anti-perspirants.  The armpits are much reviled in commercial advertising to create insecurity in people and a huge market for products we do not need and are bad for our health.  Whey do we have armpits in the first place?  They contain lympth nodes that accumulate toxins in the body and then are REMOVED from the body by sweating.  Sweating cools the body naturally and simultaneously flushes out waste products and toxins, in addition to the toxins eliminated through the digestive tract.

Regular use of deoderants and anti-perspirants stops the sweat glands from operating but does NOT stop toxins from accumulating in the lymph nodes of the arm pits.

You can reduce your risk of developing cancer up to 10 times by simply doing the following:

  •  Do not use deoderants/anti-perspirants containing aluminum.  Research, including one study published this year in the Journal of Applied Toxicology, has shown that the aluminum is not only absorbed by your body, but is deposited in your breast tissue and even can be found in nipple aspirate fluid, a fluid present in the breast duct tree that mirrors the microenvironment in your breast. Researchers determined that the mean level of aluminum in nipple aspirate fluid was significantly higher in breast cancer-affected women compared to healthy women, which may suggest a role for raised levels of aluminum as a biomarker for identification of women at higher risk of developing breast cancer.  Aluminum is not normally found in the human body.  It is also contained in vaccines.
  • "Crystal" deodorant stones, which are a popular natural deodorant alternative often used by health-conscious shoppers looking to avoid aluminum, often claim to be aluminum-free, but some actually contain a different type of compound known as an alum, the most common form being potassium alum, also known as potassium aluminum sulfate.
  • There is also research indicating that people who most heavily use commercial cleaning chemicals and air fresheners are four times more likely to develop breast cancer.

The reason that most people try to avoid aluminum in deodorant is because of its possible link to Alzheimer's disease. There is some strong evidence of a link -- for instance, in 1988 a truck driver accidentally dumped 20 tons of aluminum sulfate in to a town's drinking water.  Now, over 20 years later, they are finding a higher incidence of Alzheimer’s in the people of this town.  There is also a significantly higher incidence of Alzheimers in elderly people who get the yearly flu shots, which also contain aluminum.  The unfortunate implications of this are also that breast feeding mothers using aluminum deoderants and anti-perspirants may also be feeding their infants aluminum.  Also note that aluminum is a preservative in virtually all vaccines.

In summary, ways to greatly reduce your risk of developing breast cancer are:

  • Avoid using deoderants and anti-perspirants - although you may not opt for this, the healthiest approach is to allow your sweat glands do do their job wash up with natural soap and water when you perspire.
  • Use natural cleaning chemicals and avoid air fresheners.
