Many people who are seeking to eat more healthfully cook with olive oil.  Autism Coach is proud to offer a high quality artisan olive oil that is produced in small batches by the family who owns the olive grove in Greece; it is the best, freshest tasting olive oil I have tried.  The olives for our oil olives are grown in the same place they were first harvested over 6,000 years ago:  a very unique micro climate in the mountains of the Peloponnese in southwestern Greece less than 7 miles from the Ionian Sea.


No pesticides or solvents are used in the manufacture of this oil - the olives are grown on the family estate and harvested and processesd in small batches. This oil uses only Koroneiki olives, which produce fine olive oil with a rich, fruity, buttery taste with the highest amounts of polyphenols (antioxidants) of any olive.  These polyphenols give the olive oil a longer shelf life (our current batch is good until 2017) and higher smoke point than other varieties of olive oil  .All the olives come from the family estate in southwestern Greece between the villages of Christianoupoli and Mouzaki in Messinia. All olives are handpicked and then processed within 4 hours of being picked in order to preserve the inherent aroma, flavor and freshness of the olives.

This oil is extra virgin, the highest quality and most expensive olive oil classification. To quality as an extra-viring oil, it must have less than 0.8% free acidity, produced mechanically without use of solvents, under temperatures below 30° Celsius (86° Fareinheit).  Our olive oil tests between 0.21-0.31% free acidity. The lower the free acidity, the higher the grade of the oil.

Unfortunately, most olive oils in the United States don’t pass any of those tests, or worse, are never tested! Olive oil is one of the most counterfeited liquids in the world; in the United States it’s very difficult to find a single varietal foreign olive oil. Almost every olive oil on the market is a blend of multiple varieties of olives and most of the time, the varieties do not even come from the same countries! California produces single varietal olive oil and some of it is from Koroneiki olives but the High-Density method that most California producers use creates a bland extra virgin olive oil that passes quality tests but does poorly on sensory evaluation. Our extra virgin olive oil is a truly unique product that is impossible to match!

Most people in the world today have yet to try a REAL extra virgin olive oil. They are hard to find in grocery stores and easily mislabeled or even fraudulently branded. Our olive oil brings makes available to you the highest quality, most healthful genuine olive oil!
