are questions for the adult to ask to stimulate further discussion and

children living in a large urban area, such as New York City, but it has

Accidents are the leading cause of death for children ages
14 and under. More than 40 percent of those deaths occur in and around the
home. Home injury deaths are primarily caused by smoke and burns,
suffocation, drowning, poisoning and firearms. Children within the
autism spectrum are at greater risk for automotive injuries and so it is
especially important that they be made aware of safety issues. |
